Frankie didn’t just learn about houses from a textbook, he has spent his entire adult life building them. Growing up right here in Yakima, his roots in the local construction industry run deep. He started working in construction at the age of 18, learning the trades from the ground up. Today, with over 22 years of hands-on experience, Frankie proudly owns and operates his own construction, remodeling, and blueprint home design company alongside his inspection business.

Because he actively designs and remodels homes, Frankie knows exactly what is hiding behind the drywall. He understands how local homes were built across different decades, what corners sometimes get cut, and what it actually takes to fix a problem.

Beyond the job site, Frankie is a dedicated family man. He knows that buying a home is one of the biggest investments a family will ever make. He inspects every single property with the same care and attention to detail that he would demand if his own family were moving in.
